DESCRIPTION:Ladies! Join us for a special outdoor yoga session on the Fall Equinox—a time of balance\, transition\, and harvesting all of the beauty from the year.\nEnjoy a grounding meditation to attune you to the upcoming season\, breathwork to bring peace and calm\, and a fluid yoga session to align your body\, mind and heart.\n\n No yoga experience required. Bring a mat\, a blanket\, and any props you may need.\n\nCOST: Suggested donation of $10 and a treat to share with the community. Stay after class to mingle and meet new friends. We’ll provide the drinks\, you provide the treats!\n\nPlease plan to arrive at 8:45am to get setup. Yoga class will be from 9-10am. Mingling will be from 10-10:30am.
