October 7-9, 2022 | Florissant, CO

3 DAYS/2 NIGHTS  |  FRI to SUN  |  OPEN TO 16 MAMAS ~ Click on each tab below for details.

It’s that beautiful time of year when the aspens are popping their magnificent hues as a stark representation that change is, indeed, imminent. The beauty of change in our external world reminds us of the radical possibilities of our internal world. This time of the year is celebrated as a transitory time of change, moving from one season to another, one version of ourselves to another — a releasing of the old in preparation for the new to come. This weekend will be an opportunity for you to let the tides turn within yourself, let go of your old ways, and welcome change with open arms. All activities will be intentional – morning yoga practices, daily hiking in nature, hot tub soaking, autumn crafts, sacred feminine work, journaling and meditation, creative expression, and nightly soulful discussions in the hot tub with a glass of wine (or whatever you choose). All mamas will receive the guidance and support needed to embrace change, restore personal balance, rekindle their sovereignty, and return home with a renewed sense of self.

Accommodations & Amenities

Join us for a weekend getaway to immerse in the magic of the Rocky Mountains in two cabins on 40 beautiful acres nestled among Ponderosa Pines, Blue Spruce and Aspen trees. Connect with yourself and other like-minded mamas in a nature-inspired private cabin property. With views of Pikes Peak, minutes from trails, natural water sources, and surrounded by forest land, this location is one of a kind. You will be nourished with delicious local food by our very own private chef, Sarah Gordon, and the company of other incredible women.

“Tiffany is the bridge for all who roam to find peace and intention and power. The way she shares her heart, her gifts and her teachings is bound solely by love and it was felt in every single thing we did individually and as a part of the Mothers Moving Mountains group during retreat. She brought me back to my foundation, back to the bedrock of who I have always been in a brand new way as a woman today.

Looking forward to retreating with you.

It was my first time attending a retreat like this and it was more beneficial than I could have expected. It was a safe space to allow me to feel and begin more fully processing deep pains, and it gave me an opportunity to reflect and feel supported and challenged in meaningful, loving ways by other mothers. While all of us mothers have different, unique stories and backgrounds, we also all shared many common threads that wove us together into a tapestry of sisterhood and support that enveloped the entire experience.

Retreat participant, mother

This retreat was the first time that I spent any significant time away from my 3 year old son, and I could not have felt more supported during that milestone. This is NOT your “average mom retreat” (although I’m not entirely sure what that even means). Tiffany will meet you at your edge, encourage you to look deeply at yourself, and sit with you as you either celebrate or mourn over the depths of yourself, world, and experiences. I have never done a retreat. Not only will this not be my last, but I plan to attend as many of MMM’s retreats as possible in the years to come!
