May 4-7, 2023 | Ojo Caliente, NM

4 DAYS/3 NIGHTS  |  FRI to SUN  |  OPEN TO 16 MAMAS ~ Click on each tab below for details.

May is celebrated as a time of purification, passion and emergence – right at the convergence of the peak of spring and the beginning of summer – when we can ignite our unlimited power and wild radiance. It’s a time of birthing our magic and dreams into the world from a place of radical connection with self, nature, and a community of like-minded mamas. Indigenous women would intentionally gather around the light of a huge bonfire on the full moon in May to celebrate and call forth their creative essence. This 4-day retreat will be an opportunity for you to let go of old versions of yourself, activate your primal sovereign power, and find a deep sense of clarity and purpose. All activities will be intentional and sacred – from yoga and meditation, hiking in the wilderness, and sacred sensuality workshops, to wine and cheese, creative nature art, stargazing in the desert, completed with nightly soulful discussions and music around the fire. Each mama will receive the guidance and support needed to restore personal balance and ignite more creativity and passion into her life as a mother and sovereign woman.

“Tiffany is the bridge for all who roam to find peace and intention and power. The way she shares her heart, her gifts and her teachings is bound solely by love and it was felt in every single thing we did individually and as a part of the Mothers Moving Mountains group during retreat. She brought me back to my foundation, back to the bedrock of who I have always been in a brand new way as a woman today.

Looking forward to retreating with you.

It was my first time attending a retreat like this and it was more beneficial than I could have expected. It was a safe space to allow me to feel and begin more fully processing deep pains, and it gave me an opportunity to reflect and feel supported and challenged in meaningful, loving ways by other mothers. While all of us mothers have different, unique stories and backgrounds, we also all shared many common threads that wove us together into a tapestry of sisterhood and support that enveloped the entire experience.

This retreat was the first time that I spent any significant time away from my 3 year old son, and I could not have felt more supported during that milestone. This is NOT your “average mom retreat” (although I’m not entirely sure what that even means). Tiffany will meet you at your edge, encourage you to look deeply at yourself, and sit with you as you either celebrate or mourn over the depths of yourself, world, and experiences. I have never done a retreat. Not only will this not be my last, but I plan to attend as many of MMM’s retreats as possible in the years to come!
