Welcome mamas! We are so excited to retreat with you!

As you know, the theme of this retreat is “Nature & Nurture” so we’ll be spending time immersing in nature, aligning with our natural rhythms, and nurturing our bodies, minds and souls. We’ll engage in a series of nourishing activities, group discussions, and practices to help restore your connection to yourself and this community of incredible mothers. Come with an open heart and ready to invite transformation.

Below you will find information on carpooling, arrival details, room assignments, daily schedule, packing list, our mama altar, and emergency info.


Arrival | April 21, 2024
Arrive between 8:30-8:45am to give yourself enough time to get settled, grab some coffee and mingle with other mamas. There is a coffee shop a block away if you’d like to grab a fancy drink or breakfast! Tea and coffee will be served upon arrival!

We will begin the opening circle at 9:00am. If you run into emergent issues on the day of, please text Tiffany at 760.688.8236.

Located less than one hour from Denver.



Carpooling is encouraged as many are coming from Denver and the surrounding area. If you would like to carpool and are not matched with anyone yet, please email support@mothersmovingmountains.com and we’ll do our best to find you a companion. We have at least one mama located in Denver who would like to ride with someone so please reach out if you’re willing and able!



Please bring a lunch as we will be driving to the Wonderland Lake trailhead and eating a picnic lunch near the lake during our walk. We won’t have time to stop and purchase lunch before heading to the trail.



  • 8:30-8:45am – Arrival & Mingling
  • 9:00 – 10:00am – Opening circle
  • 10:00 – 11:30pm – Yoga, meditation, journaling
  • 11:45 – 1:30pm – Nature walk, land acknowledgement, and picnic lunch (if it’s nice!)
  • 1:45-3:00pm – Attuning to the Rhythms of Nature workshop (The Wheel of the Year, seasonal transitions, feminine archetypes, and strategies for well-being)
  • 3:00-4:30pm – Connection practice and group healing 
  • 4:30 – 5:00pm – Happy hour mingling & departure


Optional Dinner Post-Retreat

If you’d like to keep hanging out through the evening, we’ll be gathering at BACCO Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar around the corner for dinner immediately following the retreat from 6:00-8:00pm.


Missing/Damaged Items
Upon departure, if there is any damage to or items missing from the room, the participant will be responsible for the cost of repair, replacement, and/or cleaning.  


Items left Behind
In the event that a guest leaves personal items behind and requests these items returned, we will do our best to coordinate retrieval. 


What to Bring

Please bring anything and everything that makes you feel beautiful and nourished, including:

  • Yoga mat
  • Yoga props
  • Blanket (bolster for sitting on the ground if you wish)
  • Water bottle
  • Coffee mug (to fill with tea or coffee)
  • Lunch 
  • Light jacket and down jacket for the nature walk
  • Journal and pen (optional as you will be provided one)
  • A bottle of wine, other beverage, or treat to share
  • A token/item that represents this time in your life or a certain transformation you’re undergoing to put on the altar (this can be a piece of jewelry, artifact, art, photo, etc.). You will take this back home with you.
