It’s that transitional time of year when the nights are getting longer, our rhythms are getting slower, and we inherently desire to move into a self-reflective space. As this retreat comes in the Dia de Los Muertos portal, we can take this opportunity to honor what has gone before, lay to rest what no longer serves and plant seeds for a thriving future of vitality, inspiration and sovereignty. The death cycle of nature reminds us to let our old patterns, relationships, and ways of being dissolve into the potent darkness. This weekend will be an opportunity for you to choose what serves you and let go of what doesn’t, while welcoming the change with open arms. All activities will be intentional – morning yoga practices, daily hiking in nature, hot tub soaking, self-reflective crafts, journaling and meditation, creative expression, and nightly soulful discussions fireside with a glass of wine (or whatever you choose). All mamas will receive the guidance and support needed to embrace change, restore personal balance, rekindle their sovereignty, and return home with a renewed sense of self.
