Ladies! Join us for a special outdoor yoga session on the Fall Equinox—a time of balance, transition, and harvesting all of the beauty from the year.
Enjoy a grounding meditation to attune you to the upcoming season, breathwork to bring peace and calm, and a fluid yoga session to align your body, mind and heart.
No yoga experience required. Bring a mat, a blanket, and any props you may need.COST: Suggested donation of $10 and a treat to share with the community. Stay after class to mingle and meet new friends. We’ll provide the drinks, you provide the treats!
Please plan to arrive at 8:45am to get setup. Yoga class will be from 9-10am. Mingling will be from 10-10:30am.
